Fake Domain Listing phishing emails are targeting business owners and organizations

NPAV research team has recently discovered a new phishing scam using fake domain listing.

The phishing email states that there is a need for the user to perform a search engine registration for their domain. The email threatens users by stating that if this process is not completed, the offer will be cancelled and it will become difficult for the customers to locate the user and organization.

The tone of the email is very polite so that the users can find it real and fall straight into the hacker’s trap. NPAV recommends all the user to stop trusting these emails as these are mere phishing scam and will cause menace in your system and network.
