All exes opening in Windows (For XP OS)

 

If any applicaiton is double clicked then opening in Winword.exe

Also showing "Edit" for each exe in right click menu

This Registry Entry was the reason

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts.exe\Application
Type: REG_SZ,
Data: Winword.exe

delete Application = Winword.exe to solve this issue
