Windows Vulnerability Scanner

Vulnerability Scanner is a tool used to find and fix security vulnerabilities in operating system.

  • Updates are categorize in three Types:

Critical:   A vulnerability whose exploitation could allow the propagation of an Internet worm without user action.

Important: Compromise of the confidentiality, integrity, availability of users data or processing resources.

Moderate:  Exploitability is mitigated by factors such as default configuration, auditing.

 

  • Net Protector >System Tuner Tab >Vulnerability

It will show list of updates available for the operating system. Select the updates you wish to  install, and click on install button.
