1.2 TB of user data exposed by 7 VPN organizations having no-logs policy

7 VPN organizations have leaked user logs over the internet in spite of having no-logs policy.

UFO VPN, FAST VPN, Free VPN, Super VPN, Flash VPN, Secure VPN, and Rabbit VPN are the names involved in this data leak. 1.207 TB of data with 1,083,997,361 user records were exposed over the internet.

The data exposed includes full names, email addresses, physical addresses, financial information, passwords in plaintext, user logs, user support messages, and much more such as API links.

Details related to user devices, sites visited, IP addresses, and identity of Internet Service Provider were also included in the leaked data. Research shows that all of these VPN firms had a common developer and were using same server for operations.

The leaked data is now available on the internet and is accessible to anyone and everyone. Hackers can use this data to launch various attacks on the users. The compromised data includes every information that is required to launch various malware, phishing, and ransomware attacks.
